Emile Brousse, 1850 - 1914, lawyer, was deputy from August 21, 1881 to November 25, 1895. Of radical views, he went to sit on the extreme left. Folio, 290x235 mm. Pp. 73, 2 blanks. Slight sign of wear. Contains two reports relating to the miners, presented to the Chamber of Deputies, March 21, 1887: On the aid and pension funds of the miners, by J-H. Audiffred; On the creation of provident funds to ensure retirement and relief pensions for miners' workers, E. Brousse and some of his colleagues.Jean-Honoré Audiffred, 1840 - 1917, lawyer, was deputy from April 6, 1879 to December 19, 1904; he was part of several important commissions, including the one on the "honest men" of miners. Emile Brousse, 1850 - 1914, lawyer, was a member of parliament from August 21, 1881 to November 25, 1895; with radical opinions, he found himself on the far left.
