Empire-style mahogany veneered straight desk opening on the lower part with two leaves revealing two drawers, a flap on the upper part revealing a black leather-covered top and eight drawers as well as a drawer on the front. The uprights feature gilded bronze busts of women in the antique style, ormolu escutcheons and ornamentation, resting on claw feet, black marble top. 148 x 97 x 47 cm (Scratches, dents, missing veneers, parts to be refixed, traces of restoration, some chips to the marble).
