Raabe, Wilhelm, Writer (1831-1910). Inscr. Short letter with signature, dat. Brunswick, Sep. 26, 1894. gr.8°. 2 pp., 1 p. inscr. Folded. With the original envelope to the physician and parapsychologist Albert Freiherr von Schrenck-Notzing, company commander of the Kais. Schutztruppe for German East Africa in Lutter am Barenberge. "A very warm welcome! We are very pleased. Paul Wasserfall arrived early in the morning at 4:18". With a postscript from his son-in-law Paul Wasserfall with signature: "Please let me know beforehand which train you are coming on so that I can receive you with dignity" and 2 lines in an unknown, probably African language. Wasserfall was a naval doctor. - Included: A series of 6 emergency banknotes of the town of Eschershausen from 1921, with motifs and quotations after Wilhelm Rabe. D
