Gr-8; each vol. ca. 470-500 pp; contemporary half leather binding with gilt-stamped spine, heraldic supralibros (this changed from September 1901), paste-down endpapers and marbled edges; some signs of use and age, one spine edge chipped, altogether well-preserved. The volumes August 1901 and March, April and June 1904 are missing. - An important journal founded in 1829 and still in existence today with contributions on history, politics, philosophy, science, theater, literature, music and art. - Decoratively bound, extensive series from aristocratic ownership (5.8 vols.).
