The Imperial Capitulation, which was drawn up and celebrated in 1639, on September 3, and ratified and sworn anew on October 24, 1726, in German, translated from the Italian original from word to word and printed in our mother tongue alone at the request of many. (Chur around 1730). Cl.4°. 36 S. Stapled. Heavy wear, pp. 1/2 and 35/36 with small loss. (slight loss of text), owner's mark and stamp on cover - Rare.
