With signature, stamp and four-line notarial confirmations. The professors are named: Petri Francisci de Rubeis (rector), Hieronymi Meltij, Joseph Bayle, Antonio Montecatini, Coelio Bicho a.o. - Margins partly dusty and stained, left margin partly soiled and with brown stain (ink?) partly in the writing.
