Nissen, BBI 2152 - Apart part of this richly illustrated natural history work written by the Augsburg Protestant pastor and writer Gottlieb Tobias Wilhelm (1758-1811), here in the last contemporary edition of 1834. Treated are among others medicinal plants, herbs, fruits, tobacco, tea, brewing and much more. - Rare in this comprehensive form. - Bindings rubbed, slightly yellowed inside, the boards somewhat trimmed or bound (plates with occasional minimal image loss at the binding or outer board). - Overall in good condition. With stamps and spine signatures of a dissolved monastery library.
