RICHARDSON', walnut half-stock chequered at the wrist, white metal oval escutcheon behind top-tang, iron furniture including raised finger spur to lower tang, single set trigger and brass mounted ebony ramrod.

Cont. vellum binding with gilt title on spine. -Contains maps of Europe, Germany and Italy as well as views and plans of Freiburg i. Br., Riga and Turin. One folded copper plate shows the altar at St Michael's in Lüneburg. - Title page with covered stamp on verso (barely showing through), 1 leaf with old pasted tear, only a little fingerstaining and occasional very pale brownstaining (mainly in margins), a few leaves with inconspicuous dampstaining in the margins, rear flyleaf missing. Overall a very well-preserved and clean copy with splendid and nuanced copper plates throughout. Dieses Werk ist regelbesteuert.
