The illustration consists of a plan of Pisa and 24 plates of views, some with several subjects, engraved by Ranieri Grassi after his own drawings and those of Francesco Giuliani, E. Gresy and G. L. Taylor, as well as 3 plates drawn and line-engraved by G. Rossi reproducing the bronze doors of Pisa Cathedral. A fine copy, with some scattered foxing in the margins of a few plates.
