Hinges and corners skilfully restored. Very rare foxing, edges of title page slightly foxed. Otherwise in very good condition. The work includes 110 different plates, 10 of which are illustrated. In addition, 19 plates are given twice, for ease of reading (left-hand page with drawing method, right-hand page with example). Vignette and numerous culs-de-lampe. First edition of this great treatise on perspective, in very good condition.
