Title lettering, inner flyleaf decoration, stamps and fleurons by George Auriol. Georges Fragerolle (1854-1920) was a French composer who set Gabriel Vicaire's Noël Bressan to music, among other works. Henri RIVIERE (1864-1951) was a painter and engraver. Between 1886 and 1897, he created color shadow-theater projections at the Chat Noir cabaret. Using this technique, he published works such as Le Juif errant, illustrating the musical scores presented at the Chat noir.
