Signed, dated, titled and inscribed "7976". - Slightly unfresh in places, also sporadically verso. Overall very good. Splendid, burnished impression with full margins, scoop margin on the left side. Copy of the Griffelkunstvereinigung, Hamburg. - 265 Wahl, 1992, 265 C6. Aquatint etching on Hahnemühle wove paper (with watermark). Signed, dated, titled and inscribed "7976". - Lightl yunfresh, also sporadically on the verso. Overall very good. Splendid, burr-like impression with full margin, scooped margin on the left.

He had his first solo exhibition in 1926 and began teaching art the following year at the Contemporary Art School and The New School. Soyer's work is in collections of many museums, including Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Museum of Modern Art, Smithsonian American Art Museum, and Philadelphia Museum of Art.
