Very slight handling marks in margins, left outer white margin with small light brown stain, slightly bumped upper right, pale traces of color in a few places. Overall very good. Splendid, rich and in the coloration wonderfully bright impression with wide margins. One of 80 copies. - The edition was published in July 1995 on the occasion of Fietz's fourth exhibition for his 85th birthday at Galerie und Edition Walther. Printed by O.A. Zubrytzki in Schwerte. - The sheet was colored by the artist himself. - Fietz was a co-founder of the artists' group ZEN 49 and, together with painters such as Willi Baumeister, Fritz Winter and Rupprecht Geiger, developed a style of painting that concentrated on testing artistic means. Fietz exhibited at numerous national and international exhibitions, including the highly acclaimed show at the Cercle Volnay in Paris in 1955. Enclosed: Ders, o.T.
