The offset approx. 30 x 920 cm (unrolled). Signed and numbered on the wooden mounting of the print. Loose and rolled up with the text booklet in original cardboard box. - The offset sporadically slightly soiled, mainly on the verso. The text booklet somewhat wavy due to storage. The cardboard somewhat age- and usage-marked. Good overall. Excellent, delicate impression with narrow margins. One of 400 copies. - The offset was based on Filliou's work "Recherche sur l'Origine", an 85-metre-long length of fabric printed with squares, dots and arrows, which the artist created for the large hall of the Lucerne Art Museum. Filliou reduced this huge work to a scale of 1:10 and published it as an edition with the Städtische Kunsthalle Düsseldorf. The long paper roll is printed with the same symbols as the fabric and the accompanying booklet contains texts that can be read on the fabric but not on the paper roll.
