With gallery label verso, there with typographic artist and work details. - The corners and edges with bumps, the upper corners with small pinholes. Isolated color abrasion and transfer to the glass pane. Good overall. Balanced abstract work in powerful black and white contrast. Provenance: - Private ownership, Berlin. - Lucio Amelio Gallery, Naples 1990, with the gallery label and stamp on the verso of the frame. - The viewer is presented with a kind of weave or fabric in dense, strong contrasts, dominated by black and white. The question of the forms can be placed between signs and alienated figures that always seem to be in motion, challenging the viewer and creating an immediate perception. Both black and white contrasts and the formal language of our work are emblematic of the works of the Italian, internationally active artist. Also noteworthy is the exhibition of our work at Lucio Amelio's gallery in 1990, which was one of the last exhibitions of the legendary Italian gallery owner before his death in 1994.
