A FINE LACQUER SAKAZUKI-DAI (TRAY) A FINE LACQUER SAKAZUKI-DAI (TRAY) Japan, Meiji period (1868-1912) to Taisho period (1912-1926) The tray of square section with canted corners, supported on two rectangular feet with a central opening, decorated in gold hiramaki-e with a dense pattern of leaves on a roiro ground. The top with three slim slits. SIZE 20 x 19.7 x 19.6 cm WEIGHT 581 g Condition: Very good condition with minor wear and few minuscule chips.
