The decoration consisting of a lake landscape, top left inscription and signature with seals of Wang Xiaoting (1906-1970). 1.5 x 24.5 cm Provenance: Italian private collection. Son of Wang Yeting (1884-1942), one of the so-called "Eight Friends of Zushan," eminent porcelain painters of the Republic Period, Wang Xiaoting tried his hand at traditional subjects, including landscape, like his father.
