Original mounted horizon blue Model 15 "health service" front badge. 1st type inner cap in fawn leather. Soft goatskin chinstrap. Complete. (Wear and minor wear, chinstrap damaged and brass riveted formerly at the left trigger guard. Good condition).

(In uncovered condition, with wear and tear, the leather cap is damaged and missing. Fairly good condition).

(Wear and tear, impact on the nape of the neck, which is slightly deformed. Fairly good condition.)
