Signed official Conservative Party cover issued for the First European Parliamentary Elections and featuring a colour image of a statue of Winston Churchill. Signed by Thatcher in black fountain pen ink with her name alone to a clear area. Post marked at London, 9th May 1979; Harold Wilson (1916-1995) British Prime Minister 1964-70, 1974-76.
