THATCHER MARGARET: (1925-2013) British Prime Minister 1979-90. T.L.S., Margaret Thatcher, with holograph salutation and subscription, one page, 4to, London, 18th July 1986, to Mr. G. Williamson, on the printed stationery of 10 Downing Street. Thatcher states that she was very sorry to hear of the death of her correspondent´s wife and sends her sympathy, further remarking ´She did such wonderful work with our Glebe Branch for so many years and will be sadly missed´ and also adding two lines of holograph text, ´Denis and the family join me in sending condolences to all of you´. Accompanied by the original envelope. VG
