MURAT JOACHIM: (1767-1815) Marshal of France, brother-in-law of Napoleon Bonaparte. King of Naples 1808-15. D.S., ` J. Napoleon´, with flourish, a bold ink signature, one page, folio, Naples, 17th August 1810, in Italian. The partially printed document bears the printed heading ''Gioacchino Napoleone - Re delle Due Sicilie'' and is a decree comprising four articles, the first relating to the municipality of Mugnano, `La rendita del comune di Mugnano e fissata per l´anno amministrativo a tutto Decembre 1810...´ (Translation '' The income of the Municipality of Mugnano is set for the administrative year at the end of December 1810…”) The last and fourth decree charges the Minister of the Interior to execute the decrees approved by the King.
