WATSON JAMES D.: (1928- ) American molecular biologist, co-author with Francis Crick of the academic paper proposing the double helix structure of the DNA molecule. Nobel Prize winner in Physiology or Medicine, 1962. Signed colour 8 x 10 photograph of Watson standing in a half-length pose in his office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in 1957 (later print) with a model of the structure of DNA in his hands. Signed with his name alone in black ink to a clear area of the background. EX
