A wooded landscape; the grounds of a distant chateau depicting tall flowering shrubs to the fore, a stag & doe on a grassy glade to one side with a stream flowing through the grounds and tumbling down a weir alongside two swans stood on bank. Framed by an elaborate border woven with a profusion of flowers & foliage and incorporating a small scenic medallion to the top, 83'' x 69'' (211 cm x 175 cm).
