A Small Early 18th Century Boxwood Carving of Madonna & Child, Circa 1700. Mary depicted wearing a draped cloak hanging in deep folds over a flowing robe with laced bodice, carrying in one arm the infant Christ, holding an apple with a copper ring halo. The figure mounted in a later turned scotia plinth, 5½'' (14 cm) in height. (Losses).
