Single-branch hilt chased with foliage, with coiled quillons. Keyboard with "all arms" trophies under a crown, stamped "H.D.I. 183" on the back. Four-sided straight blade, thunder-stamped. Patent leather scabbard with two large brass fittings. Helmet" cap knob. T.B.E. Second Empire period.
