Very fine platinum savonette brooch, 1920s, very early deco, studded with antique-cut and baguette diamonds, estimated 8-9 ct total, decorated with milligrain, hexagonal openwork motifs of extreme workmanship. The quality of the diamonds, including the central are remarkable for the period. The central measures 6.80 x 3.97 mm for an estimated weight of about 1.10 ct, a clarity in the VS range and an estimated G to H color. Dimensions 64 x 35 mm. Weight 16.66 g.
