QUANT MARY: (1930-2023) British fashion designer, credited with the design of the miniskirt and hotpants and an instrumental figure in the 1960s London-based Mod and youth fashion movements. Signed 6.75 x 10 photograph of Quant seated in a full length pose with her arms and legs crossed before her. Photograph by John Adriaan of London and bearing his credit stamp to the verso.
