Black lacquer body with white lacquer cap (colors inspired by Pavarotti's way of dressing during his main performances; white shirt and bow tie with black tuxedo). Pavarotti's original attire is also reflected in the top of the pen, made of red lacquer decorated with delicate floral motifs and a cabochon-cut turquoise stone at the 'end. The trimmings are gold and in particular at the base of the cap we find five rings that recall the artist's main works, while the clip that wraps around the cap, is made of platinum.
