ENTERTAINMENT: Selection of A.Ls.S. and T.Ls.S. by various entertainers, and a few other personalities, each to Sue Armstrong, agreeing to have their palm prints read and in others commenting on the results, including Dorothy Tutin, Wendy Richard, Bill Treacher, Su Pollard, Sue Cook, Michael Aspel ( 'You're welcome to ink my palms; the police have done it many times'; 'I thought your reading was very perceptive and honest, and apart from being sexually demanding, seems to describe me very well.'), Gloria Hunniford (' Whether I will be able to live up to my sexual pursuits is another question - but it seems to have done wonders for my reputation around the BBC!!!'), Jane Lapotaire, Max Jaffa, Derek Griffiths, Beryl Reid, Katie Boyle, Susannah York (discussing the results of the reading at length and asking for clarification on some points), Norman Wisdom, Roy Kinnear, David Shepherd, James Herbert (requesting that part of the results aren't published, '. ..because its too accurate and might cause some distress to others', and explaining his reasons), Cynthia Payne etc., also including a selection of original bold, black ink handprints by various entertainers and other individuals, all on 4to sheets of white paper, both left and right hands and each pair individually signed, being the handprints used by Sue Armstrong to complete her palm readings, including Susannah York, Stephanie Beacham, Beryl Reid (and another featuring her cat's pawprints), Marti Caine, June Brown, Gillian Taylforth, Anna Wing, Pam St. Clement, Tamsin Olivier, Fern Britton, Dorothy Tutin, Gloria Hunniford, Sue Cook, Cynthia Payne, The Beverley Sisters (all three individually), etc., and a series of approval forms signed by various entertainers and personalities who had had their palms read by Armstrong, each stating that they have no objections to the results being published, including Anna Wing, Gillian Taylforth, June Brown, Barbara Windsor, Michael & Cheryl Barrymore, Jeffrey Holland, The Beverley Sisters (all three individually), Gareth Hunt, Nicholas Lyndhurst, Barry Humphries, Michael Crawford etc. Many are dated and annotated by Armstrong and the majority have two file holes to the left edges.
