Hepburn thanks her correspondent for their nice letter and continues to inform him, ´I think the first film with S[pencer]. T[racy]. was "Woman of the Year"´. Some very light, extremely minor creasing, VG The romantic comedy-drama film Woman of the Year (1942) was indeed the first of nine films that Hepburn and Tracy made together. The two actors first met on the set of the movie, and it was during the course of filming that they became romantically involved in a relationship that would last until Tracy´s death in 1967.
