Statue of the Mother of God, late 19th century. Large depiction of the Mother of God made of hardwood, polychrome and painted with gold paint, on a polygonal base. Mary is dressed in a red robe, over which she wears a blue cloak with a headscarf. Her head is gently tilted to the left (as seen from the viewer), her gaze sad and her hands folded in prayer. Possibly from a crucifixion group. Height approx. 61 cm. Good condition with traces of age, renewed paint.
