One of 250 on white vellum. It is enriched with original drawings, including a full-page charcoal drawing signed Drevet, and 23 original margin drawings, including 16 watercolors, signed Henry Varade. Binding heavily rubbed and missing. Stains and brown spots. Also included: FABLIAUX. - Les 3 aveugles de Compiègne. Paris, Seheur, 1924. In-8, fawn morocco, 2 wide spine bands, cover and spine preserved, case (Ch. Carrey). Color illus. by Lucien Boucher. One of 250 colored copies on Arches, with a suite of woodcuts on chine.
