In-folio, 181 ff. of which many remain blank; calf blind-stamped with a historiated roulette with a bow hunter motif (Early binding). Very legible manuscript. Binding very rubbed with small tears and traces of laces. One leaf stained in ink, stain on last third of volume. Handwritten note on back cover (1776). A table (ff. 174-177) allows easy use of the volume. Includes a handwritten account book, circa 1717; Simon Le Clerc (?) - the last leaves concern the Henry Massart family (circa 1730-1750). In-folio, 180 ff; cold-stamped calf with flap (Ep. binding). Binding very worn and missing. Spotting, wetness, small tears to some leaves, a few ff. detached in fine.
