Portrait of Borromeo on antiporta, engraved vignette on title page printed in red and black (restoration to white margin of antiporta.) Modern half-parchment binding with gold title to smooth spine. Later edition first published in 1610. Also in the lot are Vita Ioannis Victorii Roscii of 1739 in two volumes, the Life of Count Guid'Ubaldo Bonarelli della Rovere, the Life of Carlo Maria Maggi of 1700, and the Life of Abbot Ferdinando Galiani of 1788.
