Typographical mark to title page (title page trimmed and mounted on blank paper, missing white paperscc6, Zzz4 and TTT4, small hole on paper c3, small hole inn4 and LLL5, upper and lower margins of fasciclesMm-Nn stretched, verisimilarly from other copy). 19th-century English binding in hazel-colored calf with friezes and title in gilt on spine (spine skillfully rebacked using much of the original). Ex libris by E.P. Jacobsen and JohnAlfred Spranger, Trinity College Cambridge with also his stamp at end of volume. Fine provenance specimen with general frontispiece and frontispiece of the Odyssey reglé. Important collection of Greek works. (2)
