Charlotte PERRIAND (1903-1999) Sideboard, "Cansado" model In wood and mahogany veneer, opening to two sliding doors in white formica and four drawers in four rows on the left. Black lacquered metal legs. Work from the 1950s 71 x 45 x 158 cm NOTICE The Cansado enfilade is a piece of furniture designed by Charlotte Perriand in collaboration with Pierre Jeanneret and Le Corbusier. The model takes its name from the town of Cansado in Mauritania, where Charlotte Perriand was inspired by the simple, functional forms of the furniture used by the nomadic Moors.
