Issued in an edition of 4765 numbered copies on pur chiffon de Rives wove paper, this being one of 3900. Leaves, printed covers, in publisher's illustrated folders and slipcases. Like new, except for minor wear to the spines of two slipcases (not serious). Excellent condition inside. Edition illustrated with 100 color woodcut illustrations by Salvador DALI (complete). Limited edition: one of the numbered copies on vélin pur chiffon de Rives (1783). One of DALI's major works of book illustration, and one of his most famous, in a copy in excellent condition.
