Complete with handsome frontispiece and 21 lithographed plates depicting numerals, alphabets, tables, seals, etc. The large folded plate represents the system of general physics according to the symbolic doctrine of the ancients. Bound in red/pink half goatskin, 5-rib spine with gilt fillets, title in gilt lettering. Excellent condition. Interior with scattered foxing and missing title page, otherwise very good condition, marginal restoration to first page of warning. Caillet n°2910 "this rare and sought-after work is one of the best thuileurs in existence. It contains all the sacred words in Hebrew text with their radical etymology, the layout of the Lodges, etc." - Dorbon n°5663 - In-8, 405pp + plates.
