Remarkable illustration, based on original plans by Victor Baltard, comprises 29 lithographed plates mounted on tabs, including 6 double-page plates, counting doubles, and one mounted on Chine. Bound in contemporary half-chagrin, with slight tears and tears, rubbing to the spines. Good condition, however, solid binding. Interior fresh and complete with all plates, scattered foxing.
