Covered in a very elegant period binding by Gruel in full Jansenist morocco with silver clasps, edges entirely gilded and chased. Gilded lace borders on the inside covers and moiré endpapers. Very fresh interior, the title page features a present dedication in felt pen, the page preceding the east title features a monogram in the center of a chromolithographed composition, with the date May 3, 1887.
