This edition is neither referenced nor cited in bibliographies, or at least no trace of it has been found. It is well produced, with text on two columns, illustrated with numerous woodcuts (a total of 215 woodcuts and a fine title vignette). Bound in full contemporary leather, spine with 5 nerfs, finely decorated and red morocco title-piece, gilding on the edges. In-4, 273p + 36 pages recto verso with several tables. A bibliophilic curiosity due to the rarity of the work, but also a well-executed bible, a very fine copy in excellent condition. This work was probably part of a set with the Old Testament as the first part, but no trace of it has been found.
