Dutch school of the XVII century. "Kitchen". Oil on panel. Measurements: 60 x 90 cm; 80 x 110 cm (frame). In this canvas the author divides the scene in two fields markedly differentiated: on one side, on the right and in the foreground, an exuberant still life composed of all kinds of food and enriched by the presence of dead animals and pots. On the right side, in the background, a kitchen scene with different characters and a dog. The author thus merges two themes in a single canvas, on the one hand, that of the still life and, on the other hand, that of the genre painting, creating a complete work in terms of its conception that serves as an excuse to demonstrate his varied pictorial skills.
