Jean Lurçat (1892-1966), Composition, Color lithograph, signed in pencil and numbered 3/20 dimensions: 39 x 55 cm + frame 40 x 60 cm French artist of Vosges origin, painter, ceramist and tapestry designer, He owes his fame mainly to his tapestry work, whose language he profoundly renovated in the 20th century. A copy of this lithograph can be seen in the collections of the Rupert Museum in Stellenbosch , (inventory RAF180:a ), and also in the Musée Jean Lurçat in Eppelborn.
