PARIS or SAINT CLOUD - late 17th century Large circular deep dish, decorated in the center with flowering foliage, painted in blue on a white ground, in imitation of Chinese porcelain decorations. On the rim, four floral reserves are arranged on a trellis background. A wide blue fillet borders the end of the wing and a frieze of geometric motifs surrounds the bottom of the dish. Late 17th century. Diameter: 44 cm Enamel chips. Note: A similar model is kept at the Musée de Sèvres.
