The melted horse Tapestry from the Royal Aubusson Manufactory Part of the Country Games hanging Based on a design by Nicolas-Jacques Julliard (1715-1790) Last third of the 18th century Woven in wool and silk Height 217 cm ; Width : 320 cm This charming and amusing tapestry has retained some of its original colors and border. It shows some wear in the silks and old restorations. It is reduced in height and probably in width. Expert : Alexandre CHEVALIER
