In 2000 the prestigious firm pays tribute to the father of Germanic letters: Friedrich Schiller. Poet, playwright, philosopher and historian, he was able to portray the society of the 18th century as it underwent the change from the Ancien Régime to the Modern Age. His work revolves around the concept of freedom in a time of centuries. The spirit of change is reflected with mastery in works such as "The Thieves", "William Tell" or "Mary Stuart".
