Richard Ginori

Richard Ginori porcelain coffee and tea service, Italian Fruit model. Polychrome decoration with flower and fruit motifs scattered throughout the pieces, golden threads on the edges with a blue comb border. This pattern is a classic of the Ginori 1735 brand. The origins of this design date back to the 18th century, in the second period of the Doccia manufacture, around 1770.

Conservation: excellent In the 18th-century documents of the Ginori Manufactory this decoration was referred to as "red countries." Introduced from the very first decade of the factory's activity, seeing the light of day in 1737, it was so successful that it was reproposed, as our service testifies, over the centuries. Tall trees frame a landscape with groups of houses nestled in nature sloping toward the horizon.
