IRAN, 19th century. Rectangular chest in various woods and worked brass, opening with a lid on two wrought-iron hinges, revealing a large central space and a small covered compartment. The front is entirely covered with nails and openwork brass, leaving three drawers in the lower part. Lateral carrying handles and chased hinges. 53 x 127.5 x 57 cm. (minor accidents and missing parts, one interior hinge to be reattached, patina on lid damaged).
