Rectangular mahogany scribe chest with curved front, the upper part opening with a flap revealing eight niches, thirteen small drawers, a door and a secret compartment. The lower part opens with three drawers, rounded molded uprights and a scalloped bottom rail. The whole rests on two small arched legs at the front and two straight legs at the back.
