ROBESON PAUL: (1898-1976) American bass-baritone concert artist and actor. A good vintage signed and inscribed 8.5 x 11 photograph, the excellent image depicting Robeson in a close-up head and shoulders pose. Signed by Robeson in black fountain pen ink to a lighter area of the image and dated September 1939 in his hand (to a darker area of the image). Neatly mounted and with a slight, very minor surface crease to a dark area of the image. About VG
